		The WIPO Online Forum was open to all interested persons and designed to enable and encourage an open debate on issues related to intellectual property in the information society, and in furtherance of the goals of the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS).
		WIPO did not moderate the Forum although, according to the instructions given, three obscene or abusive comments were removed and any comments duplicated by user error were deleted.
		The Online Forum is designed to give participants a chance to express their views.
