  Hiawatha Seaway Council: Districts
Onondaga District is the most populated district and, except for a sliver on the western edge, roughly covers the southern half of Onondaga County including the City of Syracuse.
Onondaga District is the southernmost point and location of the main offices of the Hiawatha Seaway Council.
Encompassing all of Jefferson and Lewis Counties the Tri-Rivers district is the geographic center of the 7,488 square mile Hiawatha Seaway Council.
