OSAP loans are granted to students on the condition that the students begin repaying the loan six months after their last end of studies date.
Students who are enrolled in studies and will be for the upcoming session are requested to submit a SCHEDULE 2.
A Schedule 2 is a confirmation of enrollment officially declaring the new end of studies date for a student if he or she is registered in courses.

Although students and parents are expected to contribute financially toward their post-secondary education, a variety of financial assistance and scholarships and bursary programs are available to supplement their contributions.
OSAP is a government-sponsored program designed to act as a supplementary means for funding a student's educational costs where the parents, spouse, and student have demonstrated an inability to meet these costs.
Students should apply for OSAP at least three months prior to the commencement of classes and return the application to the Financial Aid Office at the College by May 30 if they require financial assistance for the commencement of classes in early September.

Students with documented permanent disabilities are eligible for OSAP with a course load of 40% or greater (2.0 full-course equivalents or more).
Students must be registered in a course load of 60% from September to December and 60% from January to April to be eligible for OSAP for both semesters.
Students can apply for the scholarship through their OSAP application, however this process must be completed by 20 June 2003.

This award will be granted annually to a student who has completed 48 credits, has a minimum cumulative grade point average of B (6.0) and focused their studies in the areas of public policy and administration.
