		I'm generally find the safest course of action to be a furrowed brow followed by an "AwwwOoH" sound, which is a mix between an "Awww" sound for finding something adorable, and an "OooOOh" sound for when you're having sympathy for someone.
		Kerry & the like are trying to get around this by saying they'll only raise taxes on the rich, but no one, not even the dems who are voting for him really know that (look at some exit polls).
		The surprise move comes weeks before a presidential election which Mr Putin is expected to win by a landslide.
