The key reason is that the students of open universities, who are mostly working adults, live in the contemporary media environment, have access to new technologies, and want to use them intelligently in their studies.
I am sure that OUHK students in mainland China appreciate the quality and scope of the course materials that you give them and also the support of their local tutors who understand the environment that they are living in.
