first of all with out examining your neice i could not venture a guess at a possible outcome- sorry- but in general marfan's syndrome is associated with a high incidence of retinal detachment and it is not a good prognostic factor, though many patients do very well in the long run good luck with everything

"Operation Aces Wild", the fourth installment in the series, is actually a pretty entertaining read.
However, the action was still entertaining enough to keep the book to be a decent rating.
I would have to say this is tied for best book in the Detachment Delta series, holding the spot with the second installment, "Operation Iron Weed".
