i was reading this book called dharma punx and it mentioned how some band members from Rancid were originally in operation ivy and i always liked rancid.
Yeah, the lead singer from Rancid is Op Ivy's lead guitarist, and the bassist from Op Ivy is also in Rancid.
One interesting thing about Operation Ivy is that Jesse Micheals, their lead singer, became a zen monk (although he quit after six monthes)
