	Operator Logo not Changed
		At the moment when program sends a logo to my Nokia 8210, the phone knows it received an operator logo and I am able to view it.
		I don't know the details exactly of the sending of operator logos etc, but can confirm that you should send multiple messages in the one session..
		If you are able to view the logo on your mobile, there seems no problem in the logo message.

		To me the 26 at the beginning (possibly) tells me that it needs to assign the logo to the 310-26 (and of course I could be totally wrong - the 21 on my old card is why I think that (Iowa is/was 310-21)).
		And my operator logo was set to on in the menu (since there seems to be some debate about what it needs to be for the S105).

		Although I am not using 3390 but I have a similar problem with Operator Logo with my 7190...
		I think it went something like if you got your SIM card before May 01, you can change the OP logo (I can) but any newer SIMs do not display them (they've been disabled by FIDO).
