 | | Opolskie Voivodship is the smallest voivodship in Poland, with an area of 9412 km² and a population of almost 1.1 million residents (2.8% of the country’s total population). |
 | | The area in the south is characterised by terrain with more differentiated elevations: Głubczycki Elevated Plain, the areas of Chełmska Mountain as well as (on the edge of the Sudeten Mountains) the Opawskie Mountains (Biskupia Kopa 890 m above sea level). |
