Such Organic Law is the basis upon which all such inferior political behavior is conducted and against which it is ultimately judged.
Organic Law is the justification for all such legitimate political activity and for all opposition to any political activity not in accordance with the Organic Law of the nation.

The Law contains, in article 44, a proviso by which there may be applied appropriate penal sanctions, in addition to removal from office, and the Organic Law on Narcotic and Psychotropic Substances is the one dealing with the penal aspect by establishing sanctions for officials who fail to comply with the provisions of this Chapter.
The LOSEP thus complements the Organic Label Law when it specifically indicates the penalty and requires the worker to comply with his or her obligations, as set out in the contract of employment, when the worker is under the influence of such medicines, issued on medical prescription.
Article 125 refers to articles 228 and 229 of this Law, in cases in which a fine is converted into detention and the article has a single paragraph to regulate the requirements relating to fines, as an accessory to the main penalty, that may be imposed by the ordinary adjudication.

For the purposes of this Law, a raw material shall be one which the illicit industry of trafficking in narcotic and psychotropic substances needs to use, at the manufacture, preparation or processing stages, to produce narcotic and psychotropic substances, even if it stems from other industrial operations by illicit industries.
A person charged with an offence pursuant to this Law may be granted the benefit of committal for trial or suspended sentence, provided that he has committed no other offence, that it is not a question of recidivism, and that he is not a foreigner visiting the country as a tourist.
A judge who contravenes this Law or uses his power for the benefit or to the detriment of the accused, shall be punished by a term of imprisonment from three (3) to six (6) years.

The first "Standards for organic farming of EKOLAND" were developed in 1994 and the "Standards for organic farming of PTRE" in 1995, on the basis of IFOAM basic standards for organic agriculture.
The proposal of the Polish law on organic agriculture prepared by the Department for Agriculture Development was decided on March 16, 2001 and it came into force on November 3, 2001.
In 2001 the law on organic farming was accepted by the Parliament, and the year 2002 was the first year of the implementation of first the Polish law on organic farming and the accreditation of certification bodies by the Polish Accreditation Centre according the norm PN/EN 45011.

The purpose of the Oklahoma Organic Food Act is to permit and facilitate the production and marketing of organically grown crops in a manner which assures the consumer that the crop has been produced and marketed without the use of prohibited substances.
Nothing in the Oklahoma Organic Food Act shall be construed to prevent a person from offering for sale crops produced under organic farming practices, so long as the producer does not label the product as certified by the Board as meeting the conditions for “certification” specified by the Oklahoma Organic Food Act.
Organic foods shall be properly handled during harvesting, storing, transporting, and marketing to maintain identity and quality.

The law requires each registrant to report information to FDB regarding the quantity of organic products being sold and their annual gross sales volume.
