The first of the four ship class was HMS Orion, being laid down on the 29th November 1909 and launched on the 20th August 1910, being commissioned in January 1912.
They were the first dreadnoughts to have all their main guns in the centerline as well as re-introducing the massive 13.5-inch main armament, not seen in Royal Navy service on their battleships since the 1891 Royal Sovereign-class.
She was decommissioned in 1921, serving as a cadet ship from 1922, becoming the last surviving ship of the class until she was scrapped in December 1926.

Ships from some of these classes were allegedly "seen" at Wolf 359 and are all mentioned in the Star Trek Encyclopedia by Michael and Denise Okuda, so they would all be considered official designs.
That design was the Nebula class starship in its original form as built by Ed Miarecki using parts from ERTL's 1/1400 and 1/2500 scale Enterprise D model kits.
When the large filming miniature of the Nebula class was built for "The Wounded", Sternbach and Okuda had replaced the small nacelles with the AWACS dish and repositioned the secondary hull.

I read the Colossus's fluff, but that doesn't square with the rules.
The Bellerophon Class Heavy Battleship, is not the Colossus, so how does the fluff for that ship affect this one?
I like how you have the fuel for fighters sperate and treat it as something other then a given.
