Responses were collected by the Louisiana Office of Public Health/Section of Environmental Epidemiology and Toxicology (LOPH/SEET) from the agencies involved with these issues, including the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR), and the City of New Orleans Mayor's Office of Environmental Affairs (OEA).
