		The Osage County Historical Society Museum, located at 700 North Lynn, Pawhuska, has five main exhibit areas: Boy Scouts, Western Life, Pioneer Life, Early Day Oil Industry, and Native American life.

		¶4 The sole question we are confronted with is whether or not the State of Oklahoma is authorized by this Act to collect from Appellant a gross-production tax on oil and gas produced in Osage County at a rate in excess of 5%.
