	Surveillance for Safety After Immunization: Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) --- United States, 1991--2001
		Some adverse events are unlikely to be detected in prelicensure clinical trials because of their low frequency, the limited numbers of enrolled subjects, and other study limitations.
		Although the 128,717 adverse event reports received in VAERS during the previous 11 years are a substantial number, it is low in comparison with the >1.9 billion doses of vaccines administered in the United States during the same period (Table 1).
		Other methodologic limitations of VAERS include the fact that it does not provide information regarding background incidence of adverse events in the general population nor does it provide information concerning the total number of doses of vaccine or vaccine combinations actually administered to patients.

		Thomas Creek Hundred, twenty-three miles from Frederick and thirty miles from Hagerstown, foundation laid in that year for an Evangelical Lutheran church, by the purchase of an acre of land, and by a few families, and the erection thereon of a church according to their circumstances.
		Following the foregoing early situation at Tom's creek during the years intervening between 1768 and 1797 (When the two congregations concluded to move to town and erect a union church); in 1794 and 1795 Rev. Wingent was the visiting pastor; two years the pulpit is vacant and the new church is built in Emmitsburg.
		It cracked, was sent away to be recast; when it came the bell was an excuse compared to the former one, the silver had been robbed from it; they rejected it and purchased the present one.

		Speculation concerning St. Philip’s suggesting a public schoolhouse on its premises might have emanated from a desire to portray that religion could coexist with public education, with neither trespassing upon the other.

		The eye on the seal represents an active intervention of God in the affairs of men, while the Masonic symbol stands for a passive awareness by God of the activities of men.
		The first "official" use and definition of the allseeing eye as a Masonic symbol seems to have come in 1797 with The Freemasons Monitor of Thomas Smith Webb-14 years after Congress adopted the design for the Seal.
		Whatever status the symbol may have had during the design of the Great Seal, it was not adopted or approved or endorsed by any Grand Lodge.

		When the Mission San Miguel Archangel in downtown San Luis Obispo was established in 1797, the padres, led by Father Junipero Serra, planted the county's first grapevines there.
		It was not until the 1860's when the mission was acquired by French immigrant Pierre Hippolyte Dallidet, that the grapevines were brought back to life.
		Soon, other farmers began commercial ventures with the grapes, shipping grapes, raisins and their first wines to San Francisco from Port San Luis.
