		An Outside Context Problem or an OCP is any problem outside a given organisation or society's experience, with an immediate, ubiquitous and lasting impact upon an entire culture or civilisation.
		An OCP is "outside the context" as it is generally not considered until it occurs, and the capacity to actually conceive of or consider the OCP in the first place may not be possible or very limited (ie.
		An example of OCP is an event where a society (civilization) does not consider the possibility that a much more technologically advanced society can exist, and then encounters one.

		I was experimenting with the Form widgets and reading along in the Quixote Cookbook and found either an error in the Cookbook or a bug in the Widget code (Quixote 2.1).
		In this context, there is no Publisher instance.
		The funny thing, though, is that once you set an attribute of the widget, the error goes away.

		The animal protection movement that won huge victories by rephrasing the issue in order to fit into the regulatory language of the system, created a discrepancy between its own theory and practice when introduced to real life agriculture.
		They did not have the ambition to provide an agriculture to meet the demands of todays modern society, and they certainly didnt envision possible conflicts between animal protection and protection of the environment.
		Animal welfare, in its context of sustainable agriculture, has been given an unquestioningly positive profile that cannot be criticized without stepping outside a very broad consensus.
