		The P Scale or Psi Scale is a method of measuring telepathic power used in the fictional Babylon 5 universe by the Psi Corps, which controls and utilizes human telepaths, and subsequently throughout the Earth Alliance.
		The scale does not measure telekinetic abilities, but as one out of 10000 telepaths have TK and one out of two telekinetics is sane, this is not a significant issue.
		Though the scale only goes up to P12, which apparently is the strongest 'naturally occurring' level, this hasn't stopped everyone.

		Babylon 5 definitely jumped the shark when the Vorlons and Shadows decided to leave - suddenly the impetus of the show was yanked out from under it.
		Babylon 5 is quite unusual show - it tells the story of the great war from the time before war (1st season) through slow build up (2nd and 3rd seasons) to all-hell-upon-us culmination (4th season) to the war aftermath (5th season).
