	US Report: PC giants split with Intel on server design - ZDNet UK News
		Code-named Project 1, the PCIX specification is part of a wider plan to strengthen the trio's role in X86-based server development.
		PCIX will support bus speeds of up 133MHz, and it will transfer up to 1GB per second between the CPU and the peripherals.
		An announcement of PCIX should be forthcoming within 60 days, sources said, with servers and third-party products available in the first half of next year.

		ok...so from what i get.....idk if this is right...but from what i took from that pcix is like the next generation of pci cards, fully backward compatible with standard pci and older pcix versions.

		when my card operates in pci mode then it comes up nicely...but when i try to bring it up in pcix mode it's not coming up....
		i'm suspecting that there might be some resource conflict but not very sure and that too in pcix mode only.

		My issue is this - the BIOS is showing that the PCIX Slot Mode is "PCI 66" and NOT "PCIX 66" - like it should for this controller.
		I haven't tried this software, so I don't know it show the bus speed or the width but it stated it support PCI-X 2.0 tho.
		I was going to try putting it into a 32-bit slot, but it wont fit - the south bridge is preventing the card from seating.
