		I have been making lots of drug structures using PPCHTeX (see User:Rkundalini for instructions, and User:Rkundalini/images for the ones I've done so far), and would be happy do to a whole lot more, but will likely be too busy for the next month or so.
		The aliasing problems are my own, both PPCHTeX and XyMTeX produce dvi output, and clearly the maker of the image in the XyMTeX page used a better procedure that I have used to rasterize it.
		Hopefully if/when PPCHTeX gets incorporated into wikimedia, it will use the same nice-looking rendering as it presently does for the math : see the WikiTeX entry for an example confirming this.

		While http://wikisophia.org is down, the following might be useful for people who want to continue using PPCHTeX to make pngs for wikipedia.

		Hello ppchtex-users, some years ago I started with ppchtex and suggested to create a database with ppchtex-structures, because in my opinion it is not very simple to write working ppchtex-code, especially for beginners.
		Since I had difficulties to draw a chlorophyll-structure with ppchtex some weeks ago, I changed to Isis-draw.
		The structures created by that program will be imported as EPS into a latex-document.

	FAQ about PPCHTEX
		TeX aborts with a message concerning memory shortage, stack overflow or whatever.
		To use PPCHTeX with teTeX 0.4 you have to compile the teTeX sources because the precompiled binaries have a parameter stack size of 60.
		For PPCHTeX a parameter stack of 200 will work, you may also consider editing the parameters mentioned in another part of the faq.

		I know Mr.Thanh and Mr Quy who Know Mr Hans Gen, the one with PPCHtex instruction in 2001, but that book still useful today.
		So users in Viet Nam can read and use PPCHtex for their chemistry documents.
