The Ultimate Pennsylvania Railroad - American History Information Guide and Reference
The PRR was the largest railroad by traffic and revenue in the US throughout its 20th century existence and for a long while was the largest publicly traded corporation in the world.
The PRR used track pans extensively to pick up water on the move, so the tenders of their locomotives had a comparatively large proportion of coal (which could not be taken on board while running) compared to water capacity.
The PRR was wary of gadgets and its locomotives were not generally festooned with devices; the PRR also favored a neat mounting of such devices when necessary, leaving the lines of the locomotive comparatively clean.

Six driving wheels (three axles) were fitted towards the center of the locomotive on each truck (twelve in total) and a four-wheeled, unpowered guiding truck was mounted toward each end.
In the Whyte notation for steam locomotives, each frame comprised a 4-6-0 locomotive; in the PRR's classification system, 4-6-0s were class "G".
This high voltage was stepped down by a large transformer mounted in the center of the locomotive body for the traction motors, cooling blowers and all other onboard equipment.

In the case of green the situation is more complicated, because it is not possible to add a color that would only stimulate the green cone in a normal retina; all possible greens stimulate a lot of red and at least a little blue.
You can see that the copunctal point (color whose addition can consistently not be detected) for a protanope is pure red, for a tritanope is pure blue, and for a deuteranope is an imaginary color far off the axis of the CIE color space.
Color coordinate ranges are a matter of designer choice and there is no universal standard range for many color spaces (though some ranges may be prevalent).

It was hoped that the locomotive could haul 1,000 tons at 100 miles per hour, but this goal was not reached.
Furthermore, the locomotive's extreme length limited its usefulness as it was incapable of negotiating curves on most lines of PRR track.
PRR instead turned its attention to the T1 class of 4-4-4-4 duplex locomotives, but they also met with limited success.

Note that other manufacturers likewise permit end-user return claims, and that it is usually more advantageous to deal directly with them, as this bypasses any potential delays between us and them.
Equipment claimed as defective which appears to be working-as-designed in our test lab will be charged our standard restocking fee.
The manufacturer also always has a better chance of identifying (and potentially resolving) any conflicts with other equipment, etc. A list of manufacturers who permit end-users to contact them directly for returns can be found here.

These two colors will need thinned much to the degree one might thin for weathering, remember we are adding a shade here not painting with the intend to make it as opaque as a new paint job.
Then I took several different brick colors (utilizing several freight car red colors) and thinned them down to a wash. These washes were randomly applied horizontally and then vertically to the brick to achieve a look that would duplicate the natural brick courses resulting from the mason working forward and upwards at the same time.

Direct current locomotives typically run at relatively low voltage (several hundred volts); the equipment is therefore relatively massive because the currents involved must be large in order to transmit sufficient power.
For example, the famous PRR GG1 class indicates that it is arranged like two 4-6-0 class G locomotives coupled back-to-back.
The initial advantage sought from electrification was its lack of pollution, at least from the locomotives themselves.

Lack of R-T-R passenger equipment - Topic Powered by eve community
Problem is with passenger equipment that many RRs had cars that were unique to that RR so it just doesn't pay for a manufacturer to build these cars accurately.
But if someone likes the way those cars are painted & chooses to buy them, it is not my place to criticize their choice.....If they choose to buy something inaccurate, it is their money, not mine, and as long as they are enjoying the hobby that's all that matters.
If I were modeling a time and place that passenger equipment was common, I might be a little more picky, but, if the basic dimensions were close, I wouldn't care if windows were a little off.
