	Pye Records - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
		Its best known artist was Petula Clark, who recorded for the label from 1957 through 1971.
		In 1955, Pye acquired Polygon Records, a label that had been established by Clark's father to control distribution of her recordings, and merged it with Nixa Records to form Pye Nixa Records.
		In 1959, the name was changed to Pye Records and ATV acquired 50% of the label.

	Police Records Division
		The purpose of the Police Records Division is to keep track of the 32,000 cases, 12,500 citations, and 2,400 criminal complaints that officers generate, on the average, each year.
		PRT's are required to complete state-mandated training, a 40-hour class at Los Medanos College, and be specially trained and certified in the proper handling and safeguarding of criminal justice information, known as CORI, criminal offender record information; mishandling of which can result in civil and criminal penalties.
		PRT's are also required to undergo special training in searching same-sex arrestees for weapons and contraband, and may occasionally temporarily care for infants and small children accompanying arrested persons.

	The John Verity Biography
		On his return to England in 1971, John secured a contract with producer Steve Rowland to record his first solo album for ABC/Probe records, 'John Verity Band', which was released in the spring of 1972.
		The band recorded three albums and toured Europe before disbanding amicably when Jim Rodford joined the Kinks, and John and Bob joined Charlie, to record an album with RCA Records.
		John was approached by many big name acts for recording and performing projects during this period - Mike Rutherford of Genesis wrote three songs for inclusion on the JV Bands' next set of recording sessions, and both Keith Emerson and Greg Lake used John on their current recording projects.

		Finally in 1988 PRT delivered it's swan song, a remix of Petula Clark's ``Downtown" which made the Top 10, and No.1 on the dance and indie charts, and by 1989 the company officially folded up, a pale shadow of it's former self.
		In 1990 PRT's valuable back catalogue was sold to Castle Communications, who re-released Pye's past artists on CD, which was now becoming the music medium for the masses, and some also on the Knight Record's subsidiary.
		There is another budget specialty label called RPM Records, which I have seen in Record Collector that also deals in Pye's back catalogue, although I have yet to try their products out.

		In October of that year the orchestra met for the first time to record two songs, Santa Claus Is Comin' To Town and Two Sleepy People, which were issued privately as the two sides of the orchestra's first ever release, a vinyl single.
		Our manager at the time, Rod Smith, took a copy of the single to PRT records (formerly PYE records), who liked it and reissued the single in time for Christmas 1988, then recorded our first album, Let Yourself Go, which was released in April 1989 on CD, cassette and vinyl LP record.
		In 1993 the orchestra began a series of recordings for John Yap's TER/JAY records at the world famous Abbey Road studios, with four CD's released to date.

	Status Quo Singles 1
		The song 'I (Who Have Nothing)' was originally recorded by Ben E King although perhaps the best known recording is the one by Shirley Bassey, which became a top ten hit in 1963.
		As with the previous tracks recorded as The Spectres neither of the tracks featured on this single were included on any album release until the 1987 PRT Records compilation entitled 'Quotations Vol 1 - The Beginning'.
		During the manufacturing runs of this single Pye Records introduced a redesigned label, with the result that copies of this record were issued using both the 'old' and 'new' designs - although all of the pre-release (yellow label) promotional copies were pressed with the 'new' label only.

	Splinter LP by Splinter
		This is the 5th released Splinter album and the second after leaving Dark Horse Records.
		This LP was released in the U.K. only by Bellaphon Records Ltd. of London (distributed by Pye (PRT) Records).
		A TV commercial was produced with Rod Stewart holding a copy of the LP to the camera.

		I had recorded it for my album with a small string arrangement by Larry Campbell (from Bob Dylan's band) but we left it stripped down on the final mix.
		In a funny small way, this recording is for me the "peak moment" of my "career." Living in New York, playing guitar in the Cornell Dupree style that has so inspired me, recording one of my favorite songs by one of my favorite artists, with a dear friend and soulful talented bandmates.

		The point about answer C is whether or not the clients register their own IP in DNS (host and PRT records) or if the DHCP server does this for them, and it is stated that the DHCP servers are configured to automatically update DNS according to client requests.
		This will if my memory serves me correctly result in that the W2k clients will register their own host record by themselves in the forward lookup zone, but the DHCP server will add (and remove) the PRT record in the reverse lookup zone.
		I agree that is the behaviour that would be exhibited by the DHCP server (let client register A records and have the DHCP server register PTR records).

		They have also removed the Pye Records logo from the top left hand corner, even though the re-issue is on Pye.
		One is on Pye Records and has a shaded mauve label.
		The other is on PRT (Precision Records And Tapes Ltd.) and has a fir green label with a red swirly blob in the middle.

		It contains a collection of songs from Donovan recorded during 1965.
		This a double LP both records and gatefold cover are in EX condition, but the record label is marked with the owners name and the sleeve has the owners name on the inside (where the record goes).
