	PUC - Chapter 5 - Alternative Dispute Resolution
		The 1995 Legislature authorized PUC to require the use of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) to resolve disputes over prices, terms, and conditions of wholesale electric transmission service--the transfer of electricity from a generating facility to a utility.[ 7 ] In March 1996, PUC adopted rules for the use of ADR in such disputes.
		PUC's system must support this perception by clearly stating the agency's commitment to the process and providing rules that are specific and easily understood.
