		This P40 "Warhawk" Monumental Bronze Sculpture is a part of "The Study Hall" at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
		A second and final P40 "Warhawk" memorial will be dedicated at Hickam Air Force Base in Honolulu, Hawaii on December 7, 2001, the anniversary of the bombing of Wheeler Field and Hickam Air Force Base.

		The flaps on the P40 go further into the wing center section, also the wing is tapered, this wing seems to appear straight, gear pods are way off, no wing gun detail, lack of detail on engine vents at bottom of cowl, wings appear to have open rip area.
		I have the CMP P40 and agree, the profile is more accurate its does need tail work and flaps but easy to do for the cost.
