Ray "Pablo" Falconer was a Reggae producer from Birmingham, England in the 1970s and 1980s.
Brother to Earl Falconer from UB40, Pablo later went on to produce many singles and albums for that band.
Pablo died in a car accident in the mid 80s.

 UB40 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
UB40 were influenced by the many Blues Parties they attended as teenagers in the multiracial Balsall Heath area of Birmingham, their love of ska and reggae inspired such original tracks as "King", "Madam Medusa", "Food for thought", "Signing Off" and "One in Ten".
Their early music style was unique, with a heavy influence of analogue synthesizers, psychedelic rock guitar, saxophone and dub producer techniques which were later perfected by the late Pablo Falconer.
Earl Falconer - born on 23 January 1957, in Birmingham - bass guitar, vocals.

In November 1987, UB40 bassist Earl Falconer drove his car into a Birmingham factory wall, killing his brother Ray ("Pablo"), the band's co-producer.
Although he was eventually sentenced to prison for causing a death by reckless driving, he was back in the group for the recording of UB40, a lightweight, restrained new album.
Campbell's solo album marks the first significant break in the group's close-knit insularity since Falconer's imprisonment; still, everyone in UB40 makes some contribution.

Listened to everything, being a 70's 'child', but the sweet rhythms and harmonies of this band really stood out, and I saw a LOT of reggae in Santa Barbara and L.A. back then (Bob Marley, Jimmy Cliff, Toots and the Maytals, Third World, Dennis Brown, Augustus Pablo et al).
I have always thought that there were more of us around, but the internet has instantly bonded us all thru the musical thread that is the band UB40.

Ray "Pablo" Falconer (Earl's brother), who had been living with his parents at St. Benedicts Road in Small Heath, moved in with Brian at the Trafalgar Road residence.
