 | | Distinguished guest speakers and panelists will discuss numerous topics of current interest, including the experiences of other overseas ethnic groups in establishing global and regional cultural and economic networks, the prospects for economic evolution and development of local Korean-American communities, and the experiences of a new generation of Korean-American entrepreneurs operating in new industries. |
 | | Other topics expected to be discussed at the Conference include Dosan Ahn Chang-Ho's role in Korean-American history and his analysis of the socio-cultural barriers to political and economic development of the Korean-American community, the Korean government's policy on overseas Korean communities, and the portrayal of Korean- Americans in the mainstream media. |
