Whether you love them or hate them, all pacman frog owners agree: there's no tidy way to wrap up a post about pacman frogs.
I love frogs, even when they're croaking loudly all night outside my window, which is every night, and even when they somehow get into my apartment and start leaping from wall to wall to avoid my broom, which is about once a week or so.
another thing about the pacman frog (it's an anecdote, so I didn't want to put it in the front post.) is that, according to an acquaintance, they don't ever move if they don't have to.

Does anyone know if combining my frogs in the same terrarium is Ok? It seemed like the pet store employees didn't even know that it could be toxic.
Overall I agree that frog species should be kept separate but if the tank is large enough for the territories of both frogs, it would probably be ok. I know many people with vivarium set-ups with fire-belly toads and tiger salamanders along with fish, and have no problems.
That is good advice to look up the frog first but also dont belive what pet store tell you cause they dont know what thier talking about.

Dex the pacman frog in a new tank   (Site not responding. Last check: 2007-11-06)
Apparently, the way you see these frogs housed at the pet store is not the way they should be housed permanently.
Taking frogs out of their tank to feed in a safe "feeding tank" is one way around the problem, but many individual animals find that too stressful.
The gravel bowl set up is not good for feeding insects, obviously, so only fish can be fed in it, and sad but true, some of these frogs, (partly because they are so young), develop a strong preference for fish and refuse anything else.

All of the sources ive read have said something different for a Pacman Frog cage.
My main question is though, on the TV show Pet keeping with Marc Morrone, Marc said a pacman frog can do very well in a suitable sized fish bowl and proper substrate, is it ok to keep a pacman frog in an enviornment like this?
so yes, a pacman could be housed in a fish bowl - as long as the size is suitable (equivilant to about a 10 galoln tank) and the substrate is good (IE: not gravel, woodchips, sand, etc).
