The alternative would be to use both Paeons, I and II, which for right now heal for 4 per tick.

Demetrius On Style, tr. W. Rhys Roberts, II.
This particular sentence is not precisely composed of paeons, yet it is paeonic in character.
The paeon should be employed in discourse, since it is a mixed measure and so safer, and derives its elevation from the long syllable and its prose character from the short ones.
The paeon hits the happy mean between the two, and may be said to be composite.

paean, paeon, peon. The Columbia Guide to Standard American English. 1993
For the ancient Greeks a paean was a thanksgiving hymn to the gods, and today it is a literary name for such an outpouring of thanksgiving: His admirers offered paeans of praise.
A paeon, in Greek and Latin verse, was a prosodic foot made up of one long and three short syllables; in English it is usually made up of one stressed and three unstressed syllables, occurring in any order.
The word peon once had several specialized senses, all referring to social have-nots: a farm worker in Spanish America, usually landless; a peasant or prisoner obliged to work off a debt; an Indian or Sri Lankan foot soldier, policeman, servant, or messenger.

With this horn equipped I always do +2 HP/tick with Paeon 1 which is the same as Paeon 2 (and stacked gives 4 HP a tick instead of 3).

so a bard basically has regen at lvl 15 when they get paeon II(think it is lvl 15 cant remeber off the top of my head) but it works for the whole group instead of one person.
I found when i played rdm that one of my main jobs was to keep regen on the tanks to reduce down time.
Regen is much better than Paeon I stacked with Paeon II at 5hp/3sec as opposed to 3hp/3sec.
