This migration to the eastern side of the lake explains why the territory of Pakil extends to the west side of the Laguna de Bay.
Pakil was a visita of Paete, Laguna from 1602 to 1676 under the leadership of Francisco Dumukot and Juan Maglintik, both from the Maulawin clan.

I had a client call at Laguna earlier and I can already feel the heat of summer already especially everytime the sign “Private Pool” was flashed on us.

I went to Paete, Laguna last Thursday morning with my friends- Auwie, Megan, Rose Ann & Johan...it was 3 1/2 hour bus travel from Manila going to Laguna, it was sunny and yet beautiful day with the cold mild wind as we arrived successfully on Johan's grandma's place.
In Paete, their speciality is Wood Cravings and delicious foods which i got inspired to explore around in every provinces in the Philippines knowning their specialities in food and art, traditions and beautiful sites.
Black Saturday, we're planning to go out and swim on one of the best public swimming pools in Paete unfortunately, it was raining and the wind is so very cold; so we decided to stay at home and sing under the cold weather.

DCDPI became an organization with an aim of uplifting the status of the deaf along the Baybay municipalities in Laguna and Metro Manila.
DCDPI is the first organization in the Paete, Laguna, which is most known for its wood carving, resin and paper mache products.
The Founder and President is Peter Ding D. Basa, who created the new organization in the Paete, Laguna and has contributed with the Deaf officers.

Angel has been donating to the Paete schools and the money has been used in the procurement of computers.
