		The plant detail information for a derived pair related to a subscriber is the same as physical pairs with the addition of the system name and the physical pair to which it is associated.
		Circuit lookup for derived pair is the same as physical circuit lookup as it relates to circuit id, the derived pair look up will be based on the physical pair and the derived pair number.
