Palmarola è un piccola e meravigliosa isola, che dista sessanta miglia dalla grande città di Roma; dal porto di Ponza è distante otto miglia e si raggiunge con imbarcazioni a noleggio.
Palmarola ha caratteristiche naturali, è costituita da un piccolo ma grazioso territorio di un chilometro quadrato e il punto più alto dell’isola è il monte Guarniere che è alto 249m.
Essa ancora oggi conserva con se le sue rocce vulcaniche multicolori, le sue acque trasparenti e profonde, le quali sono bellissimi da esplorare e scoprire.
