		The project is to be unveiled on Australia Day 2000 and will be made up of hardwearing terracotta tiles (or pavers) each individually deep-etched with the persons or families name and a message inscribed of their choice.

		We emerged from the train at Palmwoods station around 9:45 am, and warmed up gently on the road that leads out of town to the west, for about 2.5 km before the climb starts.
		We turned off to Palmwoods, stopping momentarily to fill up our water bottles before the climb.
		The road from Nambour is not such a monster, but it is certainly steeper and tougher than the Palmwoods road, which we were on now.
