(** Pan Geng probably counted Yang Jia’s 4 years as part of his "28"; Zu Jia must have counted Zu Geng’s 11 years as part of his own "33." Both moves were attempts at usurpation, Zu Jia’s being successful.
Wu Ding’s intended heir was probably Zu Ji, named in inscriptions as xiao wang; I assume that he was chief mourner during part or all of Zu Geng’s tenure.

Yin ruins: root of Chinese culture - China History Forum, online chinese history forum
Was it King Pan Geng of the Shang who moved the capital to Yin?
Also, archeologists found 11 royal tombs of Shang dyansty near the Shang Ruin of An Yang (安阳), according to "Shi Ji", there were 12 kings after Pan Geng moved the capital to Yin (including PAn Geng himself).
So, archeologists believe that the Shang ruin of An Yang was the capital Yin, and the missing tomb would be either the tomb of King Pan Geng or the tomb of King Zhou who was overthrowed.

 Shang City Uncovered
Like other states in early China, the Shang relocated their capital on a number of occasions, and linking the Huanbei Shang City to a capital mentioned by the ancient texts has proved difficult.
Pan Geng, the nineteenth Shang king, is thought to have moved the capital to Anyang, possibly founding the Huanbei Shang City, but preliminary analysis of ceramic vessels from the site place it in an earlier era.
Some early texts credit He Tan Jia, the twelfth Shang king, with moving the capital to Xiang, a site traditionally placed in Anyang.
