These are old forgotten nations of the time of efflorescence of the Panturkic movement on the territory of Central Asia.
Panturkism was an expansionistic movement which inflicted an irreparable harm upon the friendship of Central Asian peoples.
In our case we mean the authority of the members of the Panturkic movement who after the October revolution found themselves at the top of the Bolshevistic party and their sway over the state policy in reference to Central Asian republics.

We mean first of all the conceptions of “genocidal state”, “genocidal society”, politicide, butcher and victim, cultural level, traditions, psychology and mentality, dominating in the genocidal society, as well as internal and external conditions, favorable for carrying out genocide in the given country.
These factors together with the policy of Turkization and panturkism of the Young Turks were the main reasons of the Armenian genocide.
The problem of the denial of genocide, in particular the denial of the Armenian genocide by the Turkish government, politicians and Turkish historiography, will be also under the discussion, considering that any denial of genocide by a state, where the genocide had been done, means continuation of genocide by other ways and methods.

The Political-Ideological Doctrine of the Musavat Party in the Early Twentieth Century
They renounced a unified Turkic state but maintained that only common interests in the struggle for national liberation and the consolidation of the forces of separate Turkic nations in this struggle could lead to the establishment of active contacts among them.
Therefore, this was not a manifestation of panturkism, but rather a joint struggle for real and concrete national ideas.
M.E. Rasulzade stated that, “the leaders of the Musavat party were opposed to romantic pan-turanism.” “Panturanism,” he said, “is a utopia like Lenin’s communism and Magomed’s paradise.” The party recognized a community of national and cultural interests among all Turkic nations, but it regarded their union in a single state as impossible.

This of course, was not Ozal's Dogma alone; it had been the dogma of Mustafa Kemal as well, that Ozal preserved and tried to publicise.

While the former claims that it was a kind of “Panturkism” aimed at the transformation of the Bulgarian Turks into Ankara’s tools, the latter says that Kemalism succeeded in transforming the Bulgarian Turks into an “ethnically conscious Turkish minority” (Hoepken, 1997:61).
Some authors claim that ethnic Turks did not evince any interest in Kemalism.
