| | Although the actual curriculum impact of the P.T. Koba Tin Technical English Program on the STM may not be great, the liaison is worth pursuing for its goodwill aspects, for the insights that STM teachers are given into actual industrial needs, and for the long term encouragement of progressive language teaching ideas. |
