Panipuri - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The yogurt is battered after adding little date chutney and then ground spices are sprinkled over it and garnished with Sev_mamra.
The plate is constructed out of dry sal leaves and has triangular shape. Some places offer them premade into a whole plate but the popular way is to get them one at a time from a seller/server in the road.
The server then starts making one panipuri at a time and gives it to each individual.

The panipuri eaters have to stand in a semi-circle near the stall and strike the proper stance.
At the same time care has to be taken to prevent the water from squirting on the shirt front, dripping on the trousers, running down the arm into the shirt sleeve or past the chin and down the throat into the collar.
After partaking of panipuri, there is an instinctive urge to quench the fire in the mouth with several glasses of water.

HIV is spread by direct person-to-person transmission of bodily fluids (i.e., through sexual activity or blood transfusion).
The virus cannot survive outside the human body and would die within moments of being exposed to the outside air or, in this case, the ingredients of panipuri.
The other red flag that this one is not what it seems is that it argues the boy became immediately ill with what was instantly recognized as AIDS.
