		"The KRI Silas Papare apprehended the Vietnamese-flagged ship on Thursday at 11 am while it was conducting a routine patrol," the warship`s captain Lt Col Edi Sucipto, said here Saturday.
		Manned by a 15-member crew headed by Huy (33), the Vietnamese vessl was on its way to Makassar (South Sulawesi) from Vietnam.
