Township Sub-commission concerned shall, when voting is postponed under Sub-rule (a) or (b), report to the Commission the principal reason for such  postponement, recommending the date to hold voting, and whether the voting should be continued as such from the stage it is postponed or to hold fresh voting.

Penn Township officials do not expect to release until later this month or early next month a copy of a "white paper" critical of the high-speed maglev train project.
Township Manager Bruce Light said township leaders and consultants first want to meet with maglev representatives in a session that remained to be scheduled as of early yesterday afternoon.
The township hired the law firm of Steptoe and Johnson and the engineering firm of R. Banks and Associates, both of Washington, D.C., to prepare the white paper at a cost of almost $45,000.

Township officials say Englewood has attempted to dismiss the lawsuit only to reinitiate another lawsuit with the Montgomery County Commissioners office in an effort to split-up the fire department rather than waiting for Judge Thomas Mitchell to make a ruling.
The cities recently filed a petition with the county commissioners seeking to establish 'paper townships.' According to Ohio law, without the existence of a township, a joint fire district cannot be formed.
Two weeks ago the township filed a preliminary injunction requesting the court of common pleas prevent county commissioners from ruling on the paper township issue in an effort to allow Judge Mitchell to rule on whether township assets are to be divided up among Englewood, Union and the new city of Clayton.
