		"Parallels" is an episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation directed by Robert Weimer from a script by Brannon Braga.
		Worf continues to experience all these changes throughout the episode, which escalate in severity, such as instances in which he suddenly finds himself at his Tactical station on the bridge in the middle of a crisis situation when he was originally in his quarters or some other part of the ship.
		It is discovered, based on the fact that Worf's quantum jumps during the episode always occurred when he was in proximity to Chief Engineer Geordi, that La Forge's VISOR interacted with the quantum flux in Worf's RNA to cause Worf's jumps from quantum universe to quantum universe.

	Galactopedia D Section 2 (Site not responding. Last check: 2007-10-12)
		TNG producers apparently were making a tip of the hat to the TOS episode "Balance of Terror," naming this ship for the first ever named Romulan character to be featured.
		The events of the comic seem to fit with the milieu of the Mirror Universe that was presented in later DS9 episodes, but there are several varaint timelines in the mirror universe, so this may not be the history of those later stories.
		It was unclear in the episode whether the Dierdre was a real spacecraft, or was a fictional one completely fabricated by the Klingons.

		German TV is usually more than one year behind, as it takes some time until the episodes are purchased, translated and dubbed and finally an airing schedule is found.
		There are several fantastic episodes which I could watch all day, such as TNG: "Parallels", DS9: "The Way of the Warrior", or VOY: "Distant Origin".
		I like a couple of episodes, but in many cases continuity has been sacrificed due to a lack of better ideas, just for the sake of superficial comedy, or to please fan boys who allegedly expect certain clichés, who cheer at casual name-dropping and at retconning their parents' old-fashioned Trek.

	Battlestar Galactica Frequently Asked Questions
		The three-hour pilot episode premiered on ABC on September 17, 1978, and audiences were treated to several scenes not seen in the theatrical releases.
		This version of the Galactica 1980 episode has had all the scenes and references to Angela and her star child removed, and is made to appear as if Starbuck took the part-Cylon part-Galactican escape craft back to the Battlestar Galactica.
		In the course of the episode, Baltar is delivered unto the Council, Iblis' true nature is revealed, the flight patrols are freed, and Apollo, who was struck down by Iblis and "only dead by primitive measures", is revived by the mysterious beings aboard their Ship of Lights.

	The Coffee Nebula Board Archive: Enterprise - Strange New World
		I thought it was very foolish not to take T'Pol's advice about the probe, and it could easily have been worked into the episode in a telescoped timeline, but I'm sure that the writer wanted to emphasize the almost child-like fascination that the crew had with this new planet.
		STRANGE NEW WORLD was, in many ways, the least of the episodes to come from the new series so far, but it was also one of the most enjoyable, amply showing the charms the lie beneath the premise of ENTERPRISE.
		Most of those episodes I think had a certain amount of spunk, but weren't fully developed ideas IMO, and even SNW seemed to have its hands in a lot of cookie jars.

		According to the Encyclopedia, the surface facilities were seen from space briefly in "Parallels" (TNG).
		This is how (part of) the facility looked from the view of the Argus Array in "Parallels." (It's the one in the lower right-hand corner.)
		Or another possibility- In 'Assignment: Earth', the episode with Gary Seven, the rocket launch was held at McKinley Rocket Base.

	Complete Starfleet Library - 1995 Star Trek Books
		This is basically a straightforward episode guide, with a few elements generally not found in official episode guides, notably (as the blurb notes) humor and criticism.
		A typical episode entry includes the episode title, US and UK airdates, writer/director/cast credits, a plot summary, and several categories of additional information: stardate, strange new worlds (planets, stars, and such mentioned in the episode), new life forms (alien races encountered or mentioned), technobabble, future history, and several others.
		The book is divided roughly in two parts: episode guide, including plot summary, guest stars, and credits, and "lexicon," which is actually more of an encyclopedia.

	Nitpicker's Guild Glossary (Secondary)
		In TNG it was the 'Saucer Seperation', which they used in one non-critical situation (Farpoint) and one semi-critical situation (the one with Geordi vs The Improving Weapon!), and then didn't use again, even in situations where it would be helpful, until Best of Both Worlds II.
		The first episode they used it on it was totally 100% unnecessary, and we've now seen enough uses of it to get the jist (including seeing it used by someone who's never used Federation technoligy before he called up the 'So you've just captured Voyager' interactive help tutorial).
		Submitted by John Latchem who recounted the similarities of other Trek episodes to "Deadlock"--an episode that features the duplication of the Voyager and its crew, the death of Harry Kim and the subsequent replacement of Harry Kim by his doppleganger from the other ship when the other Janeway destroy her ship to defeat the Vidiians.
