That Parcelforce are unable (or unwilling)to give me the names of their agents in France who would have taken delivery of my parcels (two) for my daughter to contact to try and find my missing consignment.
I sent two parcels to my daughter in Paris on same day and both have been undelivered - track & trace information saying that incorrect address which is absolute nonsense as I always put two printed address labels on (print in large letters and very clear).
Parcelforce seem to think it is ok just to get me to complete compensation forms but I would rather the packages were delivered.

The company announced the depot was to be retained despite last year's proposals to drastically cut to its Parcelforce Worldwide business in Northern Ireland.
