Tom Cruise - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Because Cruise's religion maintains that vitamins, exercise and behavioral changes can play a part in overcoming depression and many other illnesses, in May 2005 Cruise publicly criticized actress Brooke Shields for using the drug Paxil, an anti-depressant, which Shields claims helped her recover from depression after the birth of her daughter in 2003.
This short, yet very public love affair took a dramatic turn when Cruise and Holmes got engaged in Paris [13] while on a world publicity tour for their two most recent movies.
In April 2005, he began dating Katie Holmes, before announcing on 17 June 2005 that he had proposed to her at the top of the Eiffel Tower in Paris, France [2].

Amazon.com: Soulmates Never Die: Live in Paris 2003: DVD: Placebo
When I heard about Placebo Soulmates Never Die Live in Paris, Placebo's first musical DVD, around the time of Easter 2004, I was absolutely pumped because in my opinion, Placebo is the greatest band to come out since the Pixies and Sonic Youth.
The show it was pulled from, in Paris France, is an electric one, and a great one, where the band sounds better than they probably ever had.
They let you see how life on the road is for these 5 (yes placebo is 5, not 3) guys live on the road from the Mexican masks, to the gay dancing, to the sheer brilliance of the live performance itself.

Amazon.com: DVD: 2003 Tour de France 12-hour DVD
The 2003 Tour de France was the Centenary version, and it lived up to its title, producing the most exciting and dramatic Tour in over a decade, perhaps ever.
Alessandro Petacchi dominated the first week of the Tour and in the process announced himself as the premier sprinter in the world, only to abandon in stage 7, and the competition for the green jersey came down to the final sprint down the cobblestone streets of Paris.
It is certain that the 2003 Tour de France will go down in history as one of the most exciting and dramatic Tours ever.

Bowser and Blue, Canada's Number 1 musical comedy duo
They have written and appeared in many full-length Theatre shows, most recently the musical 'The Paris of America,' which ran for seven sold-out weeks at Montreal's Centaur Theatre in 2003.
Bowser and Blue provided the music for the NFB animated film “Scant Sanity,” by John Weldon, and for the TV show “Misguided Angels.” The instrumental guitar music for that show, “Red Guitars,” is what you hear in the auditorium between shows at BandB concerts.
George plays guitars and bass, and can make recognisable musical sounds with many other instruments, including his mouth.

BBC - Easy & Soundtracks Review - Petula Clark, Live At The Paris Olympia
Evergreen Petula Clark has no plans to retire and bearing in mind her records used to outsell Piaf’s in France, a return date at a famous Paris venue in September 2003 was quite a nostalgic event.
PETULA CLARK-LIVE AT THE PARIS OLYMPIA (Silva Screen SILCD 1169) records her in stunning form performing an equal mix of songs in English and French, with the latter contained mainly in two well received medleys of her Gallic hits.
To the yelps of an adoring audience and the flourishes of the kitschiest backing band you've ever heard, the evergreen chanteuse romps like a woman a quarter her age through an exuberant programme of pop and musical hits from her staggeringly long career.

 Boston.com / A&E / Theater/Arts / 'Jacques Brel' is livelier than ever
It only seems that it took Jacques Brel's music longer to get from Gloucester to Boston in 2003 than it did to get from Paris to New York in the 1960s.
Eric Blau, one of the original producers, had seen the Belgian-born Brel drive audiences wild in Paris and decided to fashion a musical revue based on his cabaret songs.
But now that the great Gloucester Stage Company production of "Jacques Brel Is Alive and Well and Living in Paris" is ensconced at the new Stuart Street Playhouse/2nd Stage cabaret in the Radisson Hotel Boston (the former 57 Restaurant), you could say that the late Brel is twice as alive as he was in Gloucester.
