  Paraphilias (Sexual Deviations)
Paraphilias are impulse control disorders (mental illnesses) that are characterized by recurrent and intense sexual fantasies, urges, and behaviors.
Paraphilias are considered deviant—outside of acceptable patterns of behavior—because they involve unusual objects, activities, or situations not considered sexually arousing to others.
Paraphilias include sexual urges or fantasies involving inanimate objects, sexual behaviors with non-human objects, sexual behaviors involving humiliation or suffering of oneself or another person, or sexual behavior that involves children or non-consenting adults.

 Paraphilia Summary
A paraphilia is a condition in which a person's sexual arousal and gratification depend on a fantasy theme of an unusual situation or object that becomes the principal focus of sexual behavior.
In psychology and sexology, paraphilia (in Greek para παρά = besides and '-philia' φιλία = love) is a term that describes sexual arousal in response to sexual objects or situations which may interfere with the capacity for reciprocal affectionate sexual activity.
Paraphilia is sometimes used by laypeople in a more judgmental or prejudicial sense, to categorize sexual desires or activities lying well outside the societal norm.

 Paraphilias
Paraphilias are problems with controlling impulses that are characterized by recurrent and intense sexual fantasies, urges and behaviors involving unusual objects, activities, or situations not considered sexually arousing to others.
Someone with a paraphilia may be referred to as "kinky" or "perverted," and these behaviors may have serious social and legal consequences.
Most cases of paraphilia are treated with counseling and therapy to help these people modify their behavior.

Paraphilias Cause, Symptoms, Treatment, Medication and Tests
Paraphilia (in Greek 'para' = over and 'philia' = friendship) is a rare mental health disorder term recently used to indicate sexual arousal in response to sexual objects or situations that are not part of societally normative arousal/activity patterns, or which may interfere with the capacity for reciprocal affectionate sexual activity.
Paraphilias all have in common distressing and repetitive sexual fantasies, urges, or behaviors.
Although many of the paraphilias seem foreign or extreme, they are easier to understand if one thinks of those behaviors that, in less extreme versions, are quite common.

 Paraphilia not otherwise specified
Most other paraphilias are variants or combinations of common paraphilias, with some distinctive characteristics that have led to their being given individual names.
Partialism is a variant of fetishism, in which the sexual urges and fantasies focus exclusively on a body part instead of an object.
An interest in sexual body parts, such as breasts or penises, would not be considered partialism unless preoccupation with it was distressing or involved compulsive behavior in which the affected individual did not resist urges to touch those parts and did not attempt to engage in any other type of sexual behavior.

Sacrificial Paraphilia was where one or both of the partners must atone for the wicked and degenerate acts of defiling the saint with ecstatic lust by undergoing and act of penance or sacrifice.
The Fetish paraphilias describe a compromise made with the saintliness of chastity and abstinence by including in the sexual act a token that symbolises the wickedness and degeneracy of the sinful act of ecstatic lust.
The rationale for defining paraphilias as crimes instead of illness derives from the philosophy of the Inquisition and demon possession, for which offenders were burned at the stake.

First described by Sigmund Freud in 1887, sexual fetishism is a form of paraphilia in which the object of affection is a specific inanimate object.
According to psychology or psychiatric terminology there is no such thing as a “foot fetish.” A foot is part of a human body (that is, of course, unless is detached from a human, but let’s not go there for the scope of this article).
Technically, a “foot fetish” is not a fetish at all but rather something called “a partialism.” This is when a part of the body is an extremely important part to achieve sexual arousal.

Paraphilia is a condition in which persistent and repetitive sexually arousing fantasies of an unusual nature are associated.
For example, a paraphilic may have a sexual preference for a non-human object for sexual arousal, repetitive sexual activity with human beings involving real or simulated suffering or humiliation, or repetitive sexual activity with non-consenting partners.
When determining whether a given statement is incriminating, when considered in the context of other evidence, it is important to keep in mind that incriminating statements may include provable lies, an implausible account of an incident, and/or partial admissions.
