yeah, i admit, i probably havent watched partizan as much as you have (i've just watched all their games that are broadcasted on satelite) but i must say they do have problem scoring goals.
It doesn't matter if CSKA was completely outplayed by Partizan or it was just matter of tactics (keeping 1:0, and then they were satisfied wit 1:1).
