The Passaic City School District is a type I school district, and is an independent legal entity administered by a nine-member Board of Education elected by the voters of the school district.
Passaic is the birthplace of Donald Fagen, Loretta Swit, Mitch Albom, The Shirelles, and Joe Piscopo.

Passaic County is a county located in the state of New Jersey.
In the county the population was spread out with 26.10% under the age of 18, 9.30% from 18 to 24, 31.30% from 25 to 44, 21.30% from 45 to 64, and 12.10% who were 65 years of age or older.
Two federal Congressional Districts cover the county, with the northern portion of the county in New Jersey's 5th district, represented by Scott Garrett (R) and the southern portion of the county in New Jersey's 8th district, represented by Bill Pascrell (D).

I live in Passaic County, and just like it was with Optimum Online, we are always the last ones to come online.
The reason is simple: if you look at the average income it is much lower than in Bergen o Morris, we may be highly populated but because so many town have lots of poor people, there is no incentive for the companies to come here.
