  Patrick Stewart
Patrick's first stage appearance was in the Mirfield Parish Church Pantomime of Cinderella which was performed at the Wellhouse Moravian Schoolroom.
Patrick, being the youngest, came along when Alf was perhaps mellowing a little and was able to get away with things that his brothers would never have dared to try.
Patrick now says that he is content with the parts he plays and I for my part, am content in the knowledge that I once sat in the same classroom, played in the same playground, and still walk the same snickets and ginnels that this great man once walked.
