Paul Ackford (born 26 February 1958) is a former English (An Indo-European language belonging to the West Germanic branch; the official language of Britain and the United States and most of the Commonwealth countries) rugby union (additional info and facts about rugby union) international who played lock forward.
He played lock for England B (additional info and facts about England B) aged 21, but did not make an impact until joining Harlequins and the Police (The force of policemen and officers) in 1988.
