In chapter 7 Adams mentions the worst poetry in the Universe to be created by Paula Nancy Millstone Jennings.
In the original radio series it referred to Paul Neil Milne Johnstone, but Adams was forced to retract the name for later recordings and for the book.

Hence the original programmes have Paul Neil Milne Johnstone, whereas the later works have Paula Nancy Millstone Jennings.

News has just reached me that Paul Neil Milne Johnstone, immortalised in the radio series of Hitchhiker’s Guide as ‘the worst poet in the universe’ sadly died earlier this month (from pancreatic failure).
Johnstone shared a dormitory with Douglas Adams at Brentwood school — you can see a photograph of them together in my book — where he developed a reputation for writing slightly pretentious poetry.
Famously, he objected to being named in HHGG and his character was thinly disguised in the subsequent book and TV series as ‘Paula Nancy Millstone Jennings.’ David Thomas, a friend of both men, told me: “Although Paul was miffed by Douglas’ epithet he was also amused.

Recent discussion of this site in the wonderful Ethel the Blog including the text of the "worst poem ever written in the English language." Well worth a read, if only to scare you badly enough to make your hair turn white.
Then again, there's also the Ode To A Small Lump of Green Putty I Found In My Armpit One Midsummer Morning.
Adams having some fun, but the poor Paul Neil Milne Johnstone (aka Paula Nancy Millstone Jennings) does exist, according to the FAQ (scroll down to section 4.3).

Bits of flesh dropped off them from Time to time.
Paul Neil Milne Johnstone is the actual poet Adams originally insulted, but after some higher up’s dissaproval the name was forever changed to Paula Nacy Millsone Jennings.
And if Brianna Ocampo had any real brains she would’ve actually checked the poet’s name on the poem she qouted, although the poem itself was the one Adams showed his appaul for.

Originally scheduled to be released on 1st March 1993 is the video ``The Making of HHGG'', This has been put together by Kevin Davies, lifelong HHGG fan, and a person who was very much involved with the TV series (see Neil Gaimen's book).
DNA used his name, but was forced to retract it for the books and later recordings of the radio series.
After long and protracted discussions on which format is best for this, a decision was reached and I wasn't interested enough to record it for posterity.

Secondly, the whole obituary is taken up with the fact that Paul Neil Milne Johnstone was identified by full name and indeed full address by Douglas Adams as “the worst poet in the world” in The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy.
Yes, I know Paul was unbearably pompous for a 19-year old.
Poor Paul will now forever be known as the worst poet in the Universe.

We did it as the reponsorial psalm at our memorial Mass for John Paul II, at Mass on either the third or fourth Sunday of Easter (can't remember which at the moment) and at the memorial Mass yesterday for our parochial vicar's mother, who died on Holy Thursday.
