Paulina Luisi was a leader of the (The movement aimed at equal rights for women) feminist movement in the country of (A South American republic on the southeast coast of South America; achieved independence from Brazil in 1825) Uruguay.
She represented Uruguay in international women’s conferences and traveled throughout (The 2nd smallest continent (actually a vast peninsula of Eurasia); the British use `Europe' to refer to all of the continent except the British Isles) Europe.
By 1922, the Pan-American Conference of Women named Paulina Luisi an honorary vice president of the meeting and she continued to be an activist until Uruguay gave women the right to vote.
