Pauline McNeill (born September 12, 1962) is a politician in the United Kingdom.
McNeill was a convenor of the Justice 2 Committee from until 2003, then becoming the Convenor of the Justice 1 Committee of the Scottish Parliament (2003-).
In 2005 McNeill was awarded the Equality Network 'Friend for Life' award for her work in ensuring that the Civil Partnership Act 2004 and Gender Recognition Act 2004 legislation passed at the UK Government level was compliant with existing Scottish legislation.

Labour MSP Pauline McNeill has lodged an official motion accusing NHS bosses of basing their decision to shut the world-famous maternity unit on "inaccurate assumptions".
In her motion, Ms McNeill says: "This Parliament believes the quality of specialist baby and maternal care services are threatened by this decision as reconfiguration may prove costly and difficult to implement.
