		PEAK is as large as it is only because it has historically been difficult to manage dependencies between separately-distributed Python packages.
		I still don't want to excessively promote PEAK to people who aren't willing to do a little digging and experimenting, so I guess I should shut up now.
		But its main purpose is to be a "shakedown cruise" for PEAK 0.5, to find out what, if anything, is missing from the framework for building complete applications.
