I think it would be fun to share the joy of peanut butter with other countries, and maybe the discussion of its history might be of help.
We can get into the origin of each of the elements but no one just sort of whimsical came up with the idea that we know of...or jelly didn't accidentally fall on a piece of bread with peanut butter on it and someone tasted it and then a rich national treasure was born....
When they returned to the states after the war peanut butter sales and jelly sales both soared.It would seem most likely this would be the birth of the peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
