José Maria Pedroto, born 21 October 1928 in Lamego, Portugal, died 1984 in Porto was a proficient footballer and coach.
As a player, Pedroto played for Leixões, Lusitano VRSA, Belenenses and was signed by FC Porto for a record value, where he rose as one of the best national players in the 50 s.
